Emily, the owner of Face Forward LLC, is a highly sought-after bridal makeup artist, with experience of more than 8 years. She has carefully and selectively hand-picked a team of artists to represent the brand and provide luxury bridal services all over New England and beyond.
Face Forward is a team of licensed makeup artists and hair stylists with specialties in bridal makeup, event makeup, and luxury airbrush spray tans. Emily, the owner of Face Forward, has been fortunate enough to travel throughout New England, meet wonderful women, and be part of their most precious moments. From prom to engagements, weddings, and baby showers, she sets the standard for high-quality, long-lasting makeup.

Emily has been in the beauty and makeup industry since the young age of 19. After graduating from the Academy Di Capelli for makeup in 2016 and then furthering her education at the International Institute of Cosmetology in 2017, with her license in makeup and esthetics, she knew she wanted to pursue a career in the makeup industry. Her success has not gone unnoticed, Emily has won a “Best of Hartford” award for makeup along with multiple “Couple’s Choice” awards on The Knot and Wedding Wire. She has also worked with celebrities on ESPN and country music singer, Megan Moroney. She has now grown a team of over 5 girls who share the same love for the bridal industry as her.

Since 2008, Jenna has been perfecting the craft and science of spray tanning. Jenna has always loved the look of a golden tan and the perfect makeup look. Continually educating herself with the latest innovations in sunless tanning, Jenna has kept up with the evolving industry and has a vast knowledge of solutions, products, and all things tanning. Jenna has completed 3 certifications in the last 15 years, including Norvell’s Masters Certification.
Jenna is also a licensed CT makeup artist with 3 years of experience and specializes in the soft glam bridal look.
Face Forward has been featured and awarded as Couples Choice in 2019 and 2020 by The Knot and Wedding Wire. Our professional team has been trained by the esteemed Jamie Saunders, Lauren D’amelio, and Anjali Wrenn, three heavily respected international bridal makeup artists, and teachers.
